Turn Up The Burn, Turn Up The Beat.

About Tempo Method

The Tempo Method is a sculpt and cardio workout designed to define, elongate, and tone — all while keeping your body aligned and your mind engaged.

This method fuses low-impact, high-rep sculpting with rhythmic cardio intervals to build heat, strength, and total-body endurance. What sets it apart is its foundation: every movement is guided by the beat. You’re not just moving through reps — you’re moving with intention, rhythm, and purpose.

Founder Natalya Jewelewicz developed The Tempo Method based on the belief that music is more than motivation — it’s a tool for better movement. Aligning form to tempo deepens the connection between mind and body. It supports better timing, alignment, and flow, keeping your body present and precise, and your energy high even when the burn kicks in. The beat becomes your anchor — pushing you past hesitation and into momentum.

Each class is carefully programmed to challenge both strength and stamina while keeping you in sync — and in control. With light resistance, high repetitions, and strategically timed transitions, The Tempo Method helps you tap into your power with clarity and consistency.

Whether you're a dancer, a fitness lover, or just someone who thrives off a great playlist, this is your moment to show up, move with confidence, and train with intention — every beat, every rep, every time.

About Natalya Jewelewicz

Natalya Jewelewicz founded The Tempo Method with one clear intention: to inspire intentional, effective movement — powered by the rhythm of music. With a professional background in ballet and years of training and performing in New York City, Miami, St. Petersburg, and Moscow, Natalya’s methodology has always been rooted in the belief that music isn’t just background — it’s the driving force behind movement.

Beginning her pre-professional career in the discipline of classical ballet, Natalya developed a deep understanding of how aligning movement to music creates not only precision but presence. Though she’s no longer performing on international stages, that same foundation continues to shape her approach to fitness. Whether it's a burn in your core or a fire in your legs, the beat gives you something to hold onto — a rhythm that carries you through the challenge. She found that workouts intentionally designed to move with the music were not only more engaging but also allowed the body to move with greater control, alignment, and flow. The music doesn’t just accompany the movement — it enhances, motivates, and sustains it.

After translating her professional dance training into the fitness space, Natalya began instructing with leading fitness companies including 305 Fitness, DanceBody, PureBarre, and Zumba — experiences that shaped her passion for creating body-positive, empowering, and community-driven spaces. The Tempo Method is a reflection of that journey: a class that fuses sculpt and cardio with intention, designed for every body, every level, and every beat.

At its core, The Tempo Method is more than just a workout — it’s a space to feel connected, confident, and in tune with yourself. It’s where music keeps your mind present, movement keeps your body activated, and the combination keeps you coming back — not out of pressure or expectation, but because you love how it makes you feel.
